Q: Do I have to work with an architect, designer, fabricator or cabinetry company?
A: You’ll probably find that working with professionals in these industries can have a significant impact on the outcome of your project. And while it is always a good idea to hire professionals to help guide you throughout the process, our sales team also has the expertise to provide extensive assistance in finding the right stone for your project, regardless of your budget.
Q: What should I bring with me to your showroom?
A: The more you can show us about what you’re planning, the better we can assist you. Material swatches, cabinet colors, paint chips, architectural renderings, all of these will allow our experts to help narrow down your choices from the more than 1000 color options we keep in stock. So if in doubt, bring it along with you when you visit.
Q: What is the typical delivery lead time for in-stock items?
A: Our typical lead time is 24-48 hours delivery, depending upon product and quantity.
Q: What is the delivery lead time for specialty orders?
A: Specialty item lead times vary depending on where the product is sourced, as well as the quantity and destination. Once we review, Opustone will give you a delivery time within 48 hours.
Q: How will my order ship?
A: We maintain our own fleet of Opustone delivery trucks and equipment. Our specially-trained drivers assure that the proper care is taken with each order. If ordering from outside our state-wide delivery radius, we will work with certain select carriers able to safely ship to your location.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are dependent on quantity, weight and distance.
Q: Do you ship to international locations?
A: We ship everywhere. Please contact a sales representative for specific information, including lead time and delivery charges.
Q: Do you install products?
A: No, we are a distributor/supplier only. We can assist in selecting products to match your décor, but we strongly recommend that all installation be performed by a certified professional.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Absolutely! We provide samples of almost all products we carry. Please visit your nearest showroom, or call and speak to a sales representative if you cannot and need samples sent to you.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: We accept cash, check, wire transfer and major credit cards (certain limitations apply).

A: Opustone offers a wide variety of special finishes and textures available on many of the products we carry. For the most up-to-date selection of surfaces, search “finishes available” on our website.

Q: What is the common available thickness of slabs?
A: Most of our slabs are available in thicknesses of 1.2cm (1/2”), 3/4” (2cm) or 1 ¼” (3cm). We also offer extra thick 2” (5cm) or thicker slabs for some items by special request only. Contact a sales representative for further details and to see which thickness is appropriate for your needs.
