Manejo de Material en Bodega
Opustone Stone and Tile Concepts, es uno de los Distribuidores e Importadores mas grandes de toda la Florida de Piedra Natural incluyendo Losas, azulejos y accesorios. Actualmente estamos buscando personal para trabajar en nuestro almacén de Miami.
El aspirante se encargará de mover, almacenar y organizar la mercancía; utilizando el montacarga o la grúa. También prepara y embala la mercancía para los envíos.
Deberes:
- Empacar, rotular y etiquetar el inventario
• Apilar y asegurar el material en los Palets
• Sacar y mover material para muestras en áreas especificas o cargar el vehículo de transporte.
• Asegurarse de que la mercancía se cargue y se envié apropiadamente en el vehículo
• Mantener el Inventario y los récords de envió, completando los formularios correspondientes.

Qualifications:

Driver
Opustone Stone and Tile Concepts, one of Florida’s largest importers and distributors of the finest stones including slabs, tiles and accessories is currently seeking a CDL Class A Driver to join our team in our Miami Branch. We are looking for an individual that is professional, friendly, and customer focused.
The driver will be responsible for delivering materials to customer locations, or move materials between warehouse locations in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Duties:
Drives straight truck or tractor trailer to deliver materials to customer locations and/or move materials between warehouse locations.
Verifies materials loaded on truck with Warehouse Supervisor or Shipping Assistant. Ensures that proper paperwork is delivered with shipment and receipts for deliveries are signed. Ensures that materials are loaded properly and secured before departure.
Ensure that all shipping documents required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment when delivered.
May hook and unhook trailer from tractor, including cranking lever to raise and lower landing gear on semi-trailers.
Inspects truck for defects and safe operating conditions before, during and after trips.
Follows established operational and safety policies and procedures.
May be required to perform other warehouse functions, as needed.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience driving a commercial truck or tractor-trailer required.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
Valid State of Florida Commercial Drivers’ License Class “A” with a safe driving record required.
Good oral communication skills. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required.
Prior forklift or piggyback experience required.
Ability to drive long-haul routes may be required.
Meets the medical standards by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.

The receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing telephone calls, customers and visitors to the appropriate staff member; receiving, sorting and routing incoming mail and faxes; and processing and dispatching outgoing mail.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, who can multi-task with a smile. This individual will be part of our team dedicated to creating an incredible first impression and providing high-quality customer service for those visiting our showroom or over the telephone.
Duties:
- Receives and relays incoming, outgoing, and internal calls through a telephone console in a professional and friendly demeanor. Forwards calls to appropriate staff member or department.
- Supplies routine telephone information such as hours of operation, address, directions, and other information. Answers routine caller questions. Refers non-routine inquiries and/or difficult callers to designated staff member.
- Takes and delivers messages by obtaining caller’s name, telephone number and purpose of the call or transfers call to voice mail, if staff member is unavailable or cannot be located.
- Greets and assists on-site customers and/or visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate staff member. Maintains the visitor log. Ensures that visitors feel welcome and are promptly directed to the appropriate person for assistance.

- Opens a sales order when the product in the hold order.

- Assign the salesperson of the receipt of the payment and order creation.
- Communicate with the host in order to assign walk-in customers to the correct salesperson.
- Enters client on Envoy.
- Contact management immediately when a client seems to have a problem.
- Contact, management when a client’s waiting time is longer than 10 minutes.
- Follows the standard operating procedures for assigned area.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years receptionist, general office or customer service experience in a high volume, fast-paced
